1. Create Your Custom Meal Plan

Meal plans are free for new Solus members and $49 for updates, including personalized daily macros based on your BMI. Fill out the form below to receive your custom plan and schedule a consultation for your body fat test and plan details.

2. Schedule your Nutrition Consultation

This consultation takes about 30 minutes. We will review your Meal Plan and complete your Body Fat test. From here, we will set up your personal macros and give you a simple plan to hit these daily. If you are new to the gym, we will also go over our gym software.

2. Take "Before" Pictures

Make sure you are in a lighted room with nothing in the background. Front, back & side, in minimal clothes.

Keep this for your records.

You will be glad you did!

4. Download Your Eat Out Guide

This guide has over 25 restaurants that will help you stay on track when you have to eat out.

5. Meal Planner &
Macro Guide

Understanding Food Quality & Quantity is important to your success. This list will categorize & give you portions of macronutrients.

If you are new to CrossFit Solus then this video is for you! This will help familiarize you to the gym and what to expect when you get started.

Workouts are posted daily in our Solus gym app, SugarWOD. We provide Home/Hotel workouts if you have limited equipment & our regular Daily Gym workouts.

5. Watch Our Movement Progression Videos

If you are new to CrossFit, these movement videos will be very helpful. All the movement covered in these videos are also covered in our 6 week challenge personal training sessions.

They will show you how to scale the more advanced movements and help you feel more comfortable in the group classes.

6. Join Our My Zone Community

This is also optional, but very helpful to keep you motivated. My Zone can be used in the gym on our TV or at home on your app. It will help you set monthly movement goals & reward you for your efforts. We sell My Zone Heart Rate Monitor Belts for a discounted rate to Solus members. Once purchased, pick up at your Weigh In.

7. Download our Home Workouts

Never miss a workout!

Workout just about anywhere with our simple at home workouts. All it takes is two dumbbells and 20-25 minutes. Don't lose your momentum on days you can't make it in to the gym.

8. Schedule Your Personal Training Session

If you purchased the 6 Week Challenge, there are SIX - 60 minute sessions included. Schedule these sessions anytime in your first 6 weeks.
