2. Create Your Custom

Meal Plan

This comes WITH the 6 Week Challenge, but is also sold separately to any Solus member ($49). Fill out the form below so we can create your custom meal plan. You will then be directed to schedule a consultation to get your body fat test, your daily macros and discuss the details of your meal plan.

3. Schedule your Nutrition Consultation

This consultation takes about 30 minutes. We will review your Meal Plan and complete your Body Fat test. From here, we will set up your personal macros and give you a simple plan to hit these daily. If you are new to the gym, we will also go over our gym software.

4. Take "Before" Pictures

Make sure you are in a lighted room with nothing in the background. Front, back & side, in minimal clothes.
