This is free for all new Solus members. Fill out the form below so we can create your custom meal plan. You will then be directed to schedule a consultation to get your body fat test, your daily macros and discuss the details of your meal plan.

4. Take "Before" Pictures

Make sure you are in a lighted room with nothing in the background. Front, back & side, in minimal clothes.

Did you know that current Solus members get a free InBody test every quarter? Yep, pretty sweet.
